BS Aviation Professional Pilot (APP) is a 4-year undergraduate-level degree program in 2023 and it has embedded Pilot License Training. It’s totally unique to UMT as no other University in Pakistan is offering this degree in the Civil Aviation domain.
The program has 4 flying streams out of which, initially students can select only one of the first three options. The 4-year tuition fee for all streams is fixed at Rs 1,490,000/- plus flying cost as per the required License. The flying fee shall be determined subject to variations in the fuel prices.
- Micro Light Competency Certificate (MCC)
- Private Pilot License (PPL)
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL)
The flying would begin from the 3rd academic year after completing the essential ground studies. The curriculum of ground studies for flying training is based on EASA approved courses through M/s Aeronautix, Austria. Thus enabling the students to apply for EASA’s piloting licenses, directly.
i. PPL Duration 60 hours; Fee= Rs. 48,000/- per hour
ii. CPL Duration 200 hours; Fee= Rs. 48,000/- per hour
