The Ph.D. program 2024 in Food Technology at SFAS has been designed for individuals with a desire to gain more comprehensive research and academic experience in domains associated with food science and technology. The Program is primarily aimed at the provision of an appropriate framework that can suitably equip research professionals with tools and techniques for carrying out scientific research projects, and the development of technological expertise focused on the improvement of the quality, as well as the safety of food processes, and ultimately, the food products.
