PhD Civil Engineering

The objectives of PhD Civil Engineering Program are:

Have advanced technical knowledge in at least one specialty in Civil Engineering.
Have capability to apply advance knowledge to engineering problems and make significant contribution in at least one specialty of Civil Engineering.
To produce future leaders for industry, academia, government and society whose vision is founded upon fundamental knowledge, analytical skills, creativity, perspective and ethics.

Entry Requirements:

-Relevant MS/Mphil degree from a recognized university with 3.00/4.00 CGPA .

GAT(Subject) / UMT Graduate Admission Test is mandatory.
Interview (Panel Interview performance will play a crucial role in student selection).
No third division in the entire academic career.
Any other requirement as specified by the Department or regulatory body.
To apply for a doctoral program, having completed a thesis or research project is mandatory for candidates holding an MS/MPhil degree.
