Program Introduction

  • Horticultural sciences cover the scope of commercial as well as domestic fruit, vegetable and flower production, floriculture and landscaping, hydroponics production techniques and sustainable plants growth. The relevance and importance of horticulture is increasing rapidly owing to the pressing needs of fresher air and climate. This program will enhance the skills and knowledge of fruits and vegetable production as well enhancing the aesthetic value of landscape that could culminate in an inspirational and rewarding career. Moreover, there is always the potential of becoming an entrepreneur in flower and vegetable gardening, as well as develop careers in research and development, agricultural production, sales and, marketing etc

Intermediate with minimum 50% marks

Both Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering are eligible

No 3rd division in Maticulation.

50% marks in UMT entry test.
