How to Apply

1.	Personal data form should be attached with the admission form for all programs.
2.	Please completely fill the admission form, and send it to Admissions Office along with all relevant documents with a demand draft / pay order of Rs.600/- in favor of UMT, Lahore .
3.	Attested copies of following documents are required with the admission form.
	N.I.C (Personal or Parents) Matric / O level Intermediate / A level Bachelors Degree/ Result Card Masters Degree / Result Card Provisional / Hope certificate if result is awaited 3 photograph (1” x 1”)
