How to Apply

• Personal data form should be attached with the admission form for all programs.
• Please completely fill the admission form, and send it to Admissions Office along with all relevant documents with a demand draft / pay order of Rs.1600/- in favor of UMT, Lahore .
• Attested copies of following documents are required with the admission form.
  • N.I.C (Personal or Parents)
  • Matric / O level
  • Intermediate / A level
  • Bachelors Degree/ Result Card
  • Masters Degree / Result Card
  • Provisional / Hope certificate if result is awaited
  • 4 photograph (1” x 1”)
